Booking Vacation. The Employer will endeavour to grant vacations, both paid and unpaid, at the time requested, in the vacation season or period considering operational requirements. As a guideline, employees with the most seniority will have first choice of the time to be granted off. Vacation weeks shall be taken consecutively unless the employee and the Employer agree to other arrangements.

Suitable dates for vacations shall be arranged mutually between the employees and their Front Line Manager, with the interest of both the employee and his department taken into consideration. With this in mind preference will be given to the senior man. Vacation booking will be done according to the below groups: • Bottle Line and Keg Line • Can Line • Halifax Warehouse • Bayer’s Lake • Moncton • Brewhouse and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx’x Brewery • Carbonating, Fermenting and Tank Washing • Shuttle and Keg Trucks • BTS • Powerhouse • Electricians • Millwrights and Technical Planners • Welders

Booking Vacation. All employeesmay request vacation time off during annual vacation sign up period between May 1st and through the end of May. Seniority shall govern the choice of vacation time off for the next school year. The vacation list will include each drivers name, seniority and approved selection to be posted June 5th, each year on the bulletin boards with paper copies to Union Chairperson.
