Common use of Bookkeeping and Accounting Services Clause in Contracts

Bookkeeping and Accounting Services. Manager shall perform all reasonable bookkeeping and accounting services required for the operation of the Practice, including the maintenance, custody and supervision of the business records, papers, documents, ledgers, journals and reports relating to the business operations of the Practice; the establishment, administration and implementation of accounting procedures, controls, forms and systems; and the preparation of financial and management reports referenced in Section 3.6.

Bookkeeping and Accounting Services. The Manager shall perform all reasonable bookkeeping and accounting services required for the operation of the PracticeBusiness, including the maintenance, custody and supervision of the Business's business records, papers, documents, ledgers, journals ledgers and reports relating to the business operations of the Practicereports; the establishment, administration and implementation of accounting procedures, controls, forms controls and systems; and the preparation of the financial and management reports referenced in Section 3.611; implementation and management of computer-based management information systems; and implementation and management of records retrieval and confidentiality systems.
