Common use of Books and Records - Right to Inspect- Clause in Contracts

Books and Records - Right to Inspect-. The Company shall keep adequate books and records reflecting all financial activities of the Company. Such books and records shall be maintained at the principal office of the Company (unless otherwise maintained by the RTI Member under the Service Agreement) and may be inspected and audited by any Member or the RTI Member or such Member’s or the RTI Member’s duly authorized representative at any time during business hours at the office of the Company.
