Common use of Books of Account Records and Reports Clause in Contracts

Books of Account Records and Reports. 25.1 Proper and complete records and books of account shall be kept by the General Partner in which shall be entered fully and accurately all transactions and such other matters relating to the Partnership's business as are usually entered into records and books of account maintained by persons engaged in businesses of a like character. The books and records of the Partnership shall be prepared according to the accounting method determined by the General Partner. The Partnership's fiscal year shall be the calendar year.
