Borrower Acknowledgment of Xxxxxx’s Right to Change Insurance Requirements. Xxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx’s Insurance requirements may change from time to time throughout the term of the Indebtedness to include coverage for the kind of risks customarily insured against and in such minimum coverage amounts and maximum deductibles as are generally required by institutional lenders for properties comparable to the Mortgaged Property.
