Borrower Asset Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Borrower Asset Coverage Ratio at the last day of any fiscal quarter to be less than (i) at any time the Borrowing Base is greater than $500,000,000, 2.00 to 1.00 at any time; (ii) at any time the Borrowing Base is greater than $250,000,000, but less than or equal to $500,000,000, 2.25 to 1.00 at any time; and (iii) at all other times, 2.50 to 1.00.
