Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as at the last day of any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending with any Fiscal Quarter, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending on or around June 30, 2014, to be less than 1.75 to 1.00.
