Common use of Borrower Negative Covenants Clause in Contracts

Borrower Negative Covenants. The Borrower hereby covenants and agrees with the Agent and the Lenders that it will not, and will ensure that each of its Subsidiaries does not, without the prior written consent of the Agent on behalf of the Required Lenders (or if required pursuant to Section 11.01, all Lenders acting unanimously), which consent may be withheld in their sole discretion unless otherwise expressly provided herein: (a) Funded Debt - create, incur or assume any Funded Debt, except Permitted Funded Debt;
