No Joint Assessment. Borrower shall not suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of the Property (a) with any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the Property, and (b) which constitutes real property with any portion of the Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such real property portion of the Property.
No Joint Assessment. Borrower shall not suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of the Property with (a) any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the Property, or (b) any portion of the Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to the Property.
No Joint Assessment. Mezzanine Borrower shall not suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of the Property (a) with any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the Property and (b) which constitutes real property with any portion of the Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such real property portion of the Property.
No Joint Assessment. Borrower shall not and shall cause any Borrower TRS not to suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Property (a) with any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from such Property, and (b) which constitutes real property with any portion of such Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such real property portion of such Property.
No Joint Assessment. No Borrower has suffered, permitted or initiated the joint assessment of any of the Properties (i) with any other real property constituting a separate tax lot, or (ii) with any personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any Taxes which may be levied against such other real property or personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to any of the Properties as a single Lien.
No Joint Assessment. No Tenant shall suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Leased Property (i) with any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from such Leased Property, or (ii) with any portion of such Leased Property that may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes that may be levied against any such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such Leased Property.
No Joint Assessment. Borrower shall not permit any Mortgage Loan Borrower or Maryland Owner to suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Individual Property with (a) any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the related Individual Property, or (b) any portion of the related Individual Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to the Property.
No Joint Assessment. Borrowers shall not suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Collateral Property with (a) any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from such Collateral Property, or (b) any portion of such Collateral Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such Collateral Property.
No Joint Assessment. The Manager shall not permit any Ownership Entity to suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of Acquired REO Property (i) with any other real property constituting a Tax lot separate from such Acquired REO Property, and (ii) with any portion of a Acquired REO Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any Taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such Acquired REO Property.
No Joint Assessment. Except as set forth on Schedule XXI hereto, Borrower shall not (and shall not permit Mortgage Borrower or Mezzanine A Borrower to) suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Individual Property with (a) any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the applicable Individual Property, or (b) any portion of the applicable Individual Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to the applicable Individual Property.
