Borrower Not Beneficiary. Except for the provisions of §14.9 relating to the appointment of a successor Agent, the provisions of this §14 are solely for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders, may not be enforced by the Borrower, and except for the provisions of §14.9, may be modified or waived without the approval or consent of the Borrower.
