Common use of Borrower to Pay Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Borrower to Pay Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall be fully protected in making all payments in respect of the Notes evidencing the Credit Obligations to the Administrative Agent, in relying upon consents, modifications and amendments executed by such Administrative Agent purportedly on the Banks' behalf, and in dealing with such Administrative Agent as herein provided. Upon three (3) Business Days notice, such Administrative Agent may charge the accounts of the Borrower, on the dates when the amounts thereof become due and payable, with the amounts of the principal of and interest on the Loans, including any amounts paid by such Administrative Agent to third parties under Letters of Credit or drafts presented thereunder, commitment fees, Letter of Credit issuance fees and processing/application fees pertaining thereto and all other fees and amounts owing under any Loan Document.
