Borrower's Existence and Rights do or cause to be done all things necessary (i) to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, rights and franchises, and (ii) with respect to Borrower, to maintain its status as an Florida limited partnership and in good standing under the laws of the State of Florida; and
