Borrower’s Payment of Lender Review Expenses. Borrower shall pay all expenses incurred by Lender in connection with Lender’s review and approval of the initial Rate Cap and Rate Cap Provider, each Rate Cap required in connection with an extension of the Maturity Date, and each replacement of a Rate Cap that is required under the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses.
