Borrowing/Election Notice. In accordance with Section 2.13, the applicable Borrower (or the Company on behalf of the applicable Borrower) may telephonically request Advances hereunder, provided, however, that (i) notices relating to Loans in an Agreed Currency other than Dollars may not be delivered telephonically and (ii) immediately following any telephonic request the applicable Borrower (or the Company on behalf of the applicable Borrower) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a written confirmation of such telephonic request. If a telephonic request is not made with respect to any Advance in accordance with Section 2.13, then the applicable Borrower (or the Company on behalf of the applicable Borrower) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Borrowing/Election Notice, signed by it, in accordance with the terms of Section 2.7, in order to request such Advance. In either case, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of such request.
