Borrowing Notice; Interest on U.K. Swing Line Loans. The relevant Global Borrower shall deliver to the Global Administrative Agent and the Global Swing Line Lender a notice (a “U.K. Swing Line Borrowing Notice”) signed by it not later than the applicable time and to the applicable location described in Schedule II specifying (i) the applicable Borrowing Date (which shall be a Business Day), (ii) the aggregate amount of the requested U.K. Swing Line Loan, (iii) the U.K. Swing Line Currency in which such Loan is requested and (iv) the initial Interest Period in connection therewith. All of the U.K. Swing Line Loans shall be Eurocurrency Rate Loans with an Interest Period not in excess of thirty (30) days.
