Swing Line Currency definition

Swing Line Currency in respect of any Specified Borrower, the Currency set forth for such Specified Borrower in Schedule III.
Swing Line Currency means (i) Dollars, and (ii) so long as such currency remains an Eligible Currency, British Pounds Sterling and euro.

Examples of Swing Line Currency in a sentence

  • Not later than 3:00 p.m. (London time) on the applicable Borrowing Date, the Global Swing Line Lender shall make available its U.K. Swing Line Loan in funds in the applicable U.K. Swing Line Currency immediately available at the applicable location described in Schedule II to the relevant Global Borrower.

  • The Company may at any time pay, without penalty or premium, all outstanding Swing Line Loans or, in a minimum amount of $100,000 (or the approximate Equivalent Amount of any Swing Line Currency other than Dollars) and increments of $100,000 (or the approximate Equivalent Amount of any Swing Line Currency other than Dollars) in excess thereof, any portion of the outstanding Swing Line Loans, upon same-day notice to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Bank.

  • Any Swing Line Loans denominated in any other Swing Line Currency, if any, shall bear interest at such other rate as may be agreed to between the Company and the Swing Line Bank at the time of the making of any such Swing Line Loan.

  • Each Multicurrency Swing Line Loan shall be a Eurocurrency Loan subject to Section 2.1(b) hereof and the other terms and provisions hereof applicable to Eurocurrency Loans denominated in the same Alternative Swing Line Currency, other than the provisions of Section 1.2 applicable only to Committed Revolving Loans and the provisions of Section 2.2.

  • The parties’ mutual intent, however, is the ultimate question, and if one party has expressed specified items in a protective order, and the other party has not, the protective order itself will not be deemed to include additional items.

  • Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Alternative Currency means each of Euro, Sterling, Yen and each other currency (other than Dollars) that is approved in accordance with Section 1.06.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, New Zealand Dollars and Australian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Swing Line Bank has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Swingline Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate as offered by the Administrative Agent and accepted by the Borrower. The Borrower is under no obligation to accept this rate and the Administrative Agent is under no obligation to provide it.

  • Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Quote Currency means the second currency in the Currency Pair which can be bought or sold by the Client for the Base Currency.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.
