Common use of Borrowing Notice or L/C Request Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Notice or L/C Request. With respect to the initial Extensions of Credit, the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Subsection 2.2 or 2.4, as applicable (or such notice shall have been deemed given in accordance with Subsection 2.2 or 2.4, as applicable). With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request. The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall (except as set forth in the lead-in to this Subsection 6.1) conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.
