Common use of Borrowing Notice or L/C Request Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Notice or L/C Request. With respect to any Borrowing, the Administrative Agent or Canadian Agent, as applicable, shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Section 2.2 (or such notice shall have been deemed given in accordance with Section 2.2). With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request. Each borrowing of Loans by and each Letter of Credit issued on behalf of any of the Borrowers hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Parent Borrower as of the date of such borrowing or such issuance that the conditions contained in this Section 6.2 have been satisfied (including, to the extent provided herein, with respect to the initial Extension of Credit hereunder).
