Borrowing Notice or L/C Request. The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Section 2.6 (or such notice shall have been deemed given in accordance with Section 2.6). With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit on the Closing Date, each applicable Issuing Lender shall have received an L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request.
