Borrowing Request Form. With respect to any Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall have received, in accordance with Section 2.03, a Borrowing Request Form, dated the date of such Borrowing, executed by an authorized officer of the Borrower. Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this Section.
