Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State. If not, such clarifications shall be considered last in the order of precedence under this paragraph.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
