Common use of Bounced Cheque Charge Clause in Contracts

Bounced Cheque Charge. A bounced cheque charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each cheque payment to the Card Account which is not honoured.
