Common use of Bound by Other Provisions Clause in Contracts

Bound by Other Provisions. Holdings agrees that it is bound by each covenant set forth in this Agreement and that it will make each representation and warranty set forth in this Agreement at the applicable times specified therefor, in each case to the extent the applicable provision pertains to “Holdings.” Each other Guarantor agrees that it is bound by each covenant set forth in this Agreement and that it will make each representation and warranty set forth in this Agreement at the applicable times specified therefor, in each case to the extent the applicable provision pertains to a Subsidiary (other than the Company).
