Box Office Services. The Arena will provide box office functions of ticket auditing and sales, collection of sales tax and user fees, and such staffing as ticket sellers, supervisors, and settlement staff for all events with admission at Arena. The following are event responsibilities, as applicable. 1. The applicable box office fee as outlined in Addendum A, per paid admission, must be included in any advertised ticket/admission/gate/tournament price. 2. Box office settlements are subject to a 4% fee on all credit card transactions unless the promoter passes fees to the consumer via admission pricing.
Box Office Services. Box Office Services" shall mean corporate personnel labor for supervision of system upgrade and maintenance for box office computer systems.
Box Office Services. 6.1 For events where the User is selling tickets with a monetary value the User is required to use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Centre Box Office and pay applicable fees related to the Box Office. Where ticket sales (including tickets with no monetary value) will be conducted exclusively through the schools or Board, the User has the option of assuming all responsibility for ticket sales including, but not limited to, financial controls and ensuring no overselling of seats. This option does not apply to secondary school events. 6.2 No other ticket agency will be permitted to sell tickets for any event at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Centre booked through this Agreement.
Box Office Services. The City will provide box office services as outlined in Attachment B or the Box Office Addendum.

Box Office Services. (1) Licensor shall provide box office services to Licensee at the Arena box office location of the Event. (2) Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for the costs of any and all bank or merchant fees on tickets to the Event sold at the Arena box office and paid for by credit card, charge card or debit card (“Box Office Fee”) as set forth in Exhibit A.
