Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall advise its Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by the Company, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by the Company.
Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties shall advise their Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by a Party, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by such Party.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, EMV shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by EMV, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by EMV.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Xos shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 6 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 6 by Xos, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 6 by Xos.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tevva shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 6 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 6 by Tevva, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 6 by Tevva.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Mylk shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by Mylk, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by Xxxx.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each of TPCO, Gold Flora and Stately shall advise its Subsidiaries and the respective TPCO Representatives, Gold Flora Representatives and Stately Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by such Party or any of its Subsidiaries or the respective TPCO Representatives, Gold Flora Representatives or Stately Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by such Party.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Party shall advise its Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 8, and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 8 by Subsidiaries of a Party or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 8 by such Party.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Cangold shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by Cangold, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by Cangold.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Cxxxxx shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by Cxxxxx, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by Cxxxxx.
