Breach Disclosures to Covered Entity. Business Associate agrees to immediately report to Covered Entity any use or disclosure of Protected Health Information not provided for by this Agreement of which it becomes aware; and any security incident of which it becomes aware. Further, Business Associate agrees to notify the Covered Entity of any individual whose Protected Health Information has been inappropriately or unlawfully released, accessed, or obtained. Business Associate agrees that such notification will meet the requirements of 45 CFR 164.410 of the amended HIPAA regulations. Specifically, the following shall apply:
