Breach of a material term. If the Supplier breaches a material term of this Agreement then CFS may give it notice specifying the breach and requiring the breach to be rectified (if it is capable of rectification) within 5 Business Days of receipt of the notice. If the Supplier does not rectify the breach within 5 Business Days or if the breach is not capable of rectification, then CFS may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving at least 14 calendar days’ notice of termination.
