Consultant retains the right to perform similar or different services for others during the Term of this Agreement.
Finally, Consultant represents that it, its employees and subconsultants shall have all licenses, permits, qualifications and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the Services, including a City Business License, and that such licenses and approvals shall be maintained throughout the Term of this Agreement.
Consultant shall avoid any violation of any such law during the Term of this Agreement by participating in an electronic verification of work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, by participating in an equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, or by some other legally acceptable method.
For the Term of this Agreement, no member, officer or employee of City, during the term of his or her service with City, shall have any direct interest in this Agreement, or obtain any present or anticipated material benefit arising therefrom.
Consultant shall complete the Services within the Term of this Agreement, and shall meet any other established schedules and deadlines.
