Breach of Grant Agreement, Withholding and Repayment of the Grant. 7.1 MOPAC may (at its absolute discretion) reduce, suspend, or withhold Grant payments, or require all or any part of the Grant to be repaid and, at its option, terminate this Grant Agreement by giving written notice to the Recipient (with such termination to take effect either immediately or at the end of such notice period as MOPAC may stipulate) if any of the following events occur:
