Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement. Termination or breach of any Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered to Agent in connection with the Obligations of any Borrower, or if any Guarantor or pledgor attempts to terminate, challenges the validity of, or its liability under, any such Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement;
Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement. (a) Breach by any Credit Party of any Guaranty, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered to Agent in connection with the Obligations of any Borrower which is not cured within thirty (30) days from the occurrence of such breach, or (b) if any Guarantor or pledgor terminates or attempts to terminate, challenges the validity of, or its liability under, any such Guaranty, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement;
Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement. Termination or breach of any Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement, the Canadian Security Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered to the Agent in connection with the Obligations of any Loan Party, or if any Guarantor or pledgor attempts to terminate, challenges the validity of, or its liability under, any such Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement, Canadian Security Agreement or similar agreement;
Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement. Termination or breach of any Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered to Administrative Agent in connection with the Obligations of any Borrower, or if any Guarantor or Person attempts to terminate, challenges the validity of, or its liability under, any such Guaranty, Guaranty Security Agreement, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement; except in the case of a termination, pursuant to its terms, of the Guaranty, Guarantor Security Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered by Cutting Edge Audio Kiosks, LLC on the Closing Date, in connection with a Permitted Disposition;
