Common use of Breach of Specific Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Specific Covenants. Any Obligor shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.4, 7.6, 8.1.1,8.2.4, 8.2.5, 8.4.2, 8.5, 10.1.1, 10.1.3, 10.1.6, 10.1.8, 10.1.9, 10.1.10, 10.1.11, 10.2 OR 10.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Breach of Specific Covenants. Any Obligor shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.4, 7.6, 8.1.1,8.2.47.7, 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 8.2.4, 8.2.5, 8.4.28.2.6, 8.5, 10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.6, 10.1.8, 10.1.9, 10.1.10, 10.1.11, 10.2 OR or 10.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower Obligor is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Breach of Specific Covenants. Any Obligor Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.46.3, 7.67.1.1, 8.1.1,8.2.47.2.5, 8.2.57.2.6, 8.4.29.1.1, 8.59.1.3, 10.1.19.1.9, 10.1.39.1.10, 10.1.69.1.11, 10.1.89.1.12, 10.1.9, 10.1.10, 10.1.11, 10.2 OR 10.3 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Any Obligor Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.4Sections 6.6, 7.67.1.1, 8.1.1,8.2.47.2.1, 8.2.57.2.2, 8.4.27.2.5, 8.57.2.6, 10.1.17.4.2, 10.1.37.5, 10.1.69.1.1, 10.1.89.1.3, 10.1.99.1.5, 10.1.109.1.6, 10.1.119.1.8, 10.2 OR 10.3 9.1.9, 9.1.10, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Any Obligor Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.41.1.4, 7.66.4, 8.1.1,8.2.46.5, 8.2.57.1.1, 8.4.27.1.2, 8.57.2, 10.1.17.3, 10.1.37.4.2., 10.1.67.5, 10.1.89.1.1, 10.1.99.1.3, 10.1.109.1.4, 10.1.119.1.5, 10.2 OR 10.3 9.1.6, 9.1.8, 9.1.9, 9.1.10, 9.1.11, 9.1.12, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is Borrowers are required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Any Obligor Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.4Sections 6.4, 7.67.1.1, 8.1.1,8.2.47.1.2, 8.2.57.2, 8.4.27.3, 8.59.1.1, 10.1.19.1.3, 10.1.39.1.4, 10.1.69.1.5, 10.1.89.1.6, 10.1.99.1.8, 10.1.109.1.11, 10.1.11, 10.2 OR 10.3 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Any Obligor Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 7.46.3, 7.66.5, 8.1.1,8.2.46.6, 8.2.57.1.1, 8.4.27.1.2, 8.57.2.4, 10.1.17.2.5, 10.1.37.2.6, 10.1.67.5, 10.1.89.1.1, 10.1.99.1.3, 10.1.109.1.6, 10.1.119.1.8, 10.2 OR 10.3 9.1.9, 9.1.11, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that such Borrower is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.
