Common use of Breach of Specific Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Specific Covenants. Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 1.1.4, 6.4, 6.5, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4.2., 7.5, 9.1.1, 9.1.3, 9.1.4, 9.1.5, 9.1.6, 9.1.8, 9.1.9, 9.1.10, 9.1.11, 9.1.12, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof on the date that Borrowers are required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.

Borrowers Any Obligor shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in SECTIONS 1.1.4Sections 7.4, 6.47.6, 6.57.7, 7.1.18.1.1, 7.1.28.1.2, 7.28.2.4, 7.38.2.5, 7.4.2.8.2.6, 7.58.5, 9.1.110.1.1, 9.1.310.1.2, 9.1.410.1.3, 9.1.510.1.6, 9.1.610.1.9, 9.1.8, 9.1.9, 9.1.10, 9.1.11, 9.1.12, 9.2 10.2 or 9.3 10.3 hereof on the date that Borrowers are such Obligor is required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.
