Common use of Breach of this Agreement and the Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Breach of this Agreement and the Other Agreements. The failure of any Obligor to perform, keep or observe any of the covenants, conditions, promises, agreements or obligations of such Obligor under this Agreement or any of the Other Agreements; provided that any such failure under subsections 12(b)(i), (iv) and (v), 12(c) and 12(i) of this Agreement or subsections 8(b)(i), (iii) and (iv), 8(c) and 8(h) of the Security Agreement shall not constitute an Event of Default hereunder until the tenth (10th) day following the occurrence thereof.

Breach of this Agreement and the Other Agreements. The failure of any Obligor to perform, keep or observe any of the covenants, conditions, promises, agreements or obligations of such Obligor under this Agreement or any of the Other Agreements; provided that any such failure by Borrower under subsections 12(a), 12(b)(i), (iv) and ), (v), (vi), 12(c), 12(i) and 12(i12(l) of this Agreement or subsections 8(b)(i), (iii) and (iv), 8(c) and 8(h) of the Security Agreement shall not constitute an Event of Default hereunder until the tenth fifteenth (10th15th) day following the occurrence thereof.
