Breach or Event Notification to HHS. 45 CFR 164.400-414 (A) CONTRACTOR will cooperate fully with HHS in investigating, mitigating to the extent practicable and issuing notifications directed by HHS, for any Event or Breach of Confidential Information to the extent and in the manner determined by HHS.
