Entirety of the Contract. This Data Use Agreement is incorporated by reference into the Base Contract and, together with the Base Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No change, waiver, or discharge of obligations arising under those documents will be valid unless in writing and executed by the party against whom such change, waiver, or discharge is sought to be enforced.
Entirety of the Contract. This DUA is incorporated by reference into the Base Contract as an amendment thereto and, together with the Base Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision of the Base Contract, including any General Provisions or Uniform Terms and Conditions, conflicts with this DUA, this DUA controls.

Entirety of the Contract. This Contract and its annexes constitutes the entirety of the agreement between the Sponsor, the Institution and the Principal Investigator. Waiver of rights and modifications to the Contract must be in writing and signed by all Contracting Parties, failing which they shall be null and void. In the event of conflict between the terms of the Clinical Investigation Plan and the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall take precedence. 8.2
