BREACH SANCTIONS. 2 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, 3 or conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. 4 In such event ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, and in addition to 5 immediate termination and any other remedies available at law, in equity, or 6 otherwise specified in this Agreement: 7 18.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, 8 which period shall be established at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR;

BREACH SANCTIONS. 2 18.1 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, 3 or conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. 4 In such event event, ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, and in addition to 5 immediate termination and any other remedies available at law, in equity, or 6 otherwise specified in this Agreement: 7 18.1 : 18.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, 8 which period shall be established at the sole discretion of by ADMINISTRATOR;; and/or
