Year End and Final Claims. 19.3.4.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit a final claim for each COUNTY fiscal year, July 1 through June 30, covered under the term of this Agreement, as amended in Paragraph 1 above, by no later than August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year. Claims received after August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year may, at ADMINISTRATOR’s sole discretion, not be reimbursed. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the date upon which the final claim per each COUNTY fiscal year must be received, upon written notice to CONTRACTOR.

In the event COUNTY determines a need for two (2) billing periods during any or all COUNTY fiscal years, COUNTY will provide written notification to CONTRACTOR by the 15th of May of each corresponding fiscal year, which will inform CONTRACTOR of applicable invoice claim deadlines.

COUNTY may require CONTRACTOR to submit invoice claims for 16 services completed June 1, 2013 through June 15, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. June 20, 17 2013; for services completed June 1, 2014 through June 15, 2014 by 5:00 p.m. 18 June 18, 2014; and for services completed June 1, 2015 through June 15, 2015 19 by 5:00 p.m. June 19, 2015. In the event COUNTY determines a need for two (2) 20 billing periods for the month of June, COUNTY will provide written 21 notification to CONTRACTOR by the 15th of May for each covered year stated in 22 Subparagraphs 20.3.7.2 through 20.3.7.4 of this Agreement. In the event of 23 the two (2) billing periods for the month of June, CONTRACTOR shall submit 24 claims for services completed between June 16 and June 30 for each year 25 covered under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Subparagraphs 26 20.3.7.2 through 20.3.7.4 of this Agreement.
