Common use of Breaches by SXCP Clause in Contracts

Breaches by SXCP. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SXCP agrees to indemnify and hold SC&C harmless from any and all losses, damages, claims, actions and proceedings, including any reasonable legal or other expenses, arising out of any breach of any representation or warranty made by, or covenant of, SXCP herein.
