Breaches. In the event of any alleged breach of this Appendix the matter shall be referred to the Disputes Board in accordance with Clause 12.2.7 of this Agreement.
Breaches. 9.1 In addition to any other provision in this Contract, and for greater certainty, the Participant will be in material breach of this Contract and the Participant will be liable to the Province for the Repayment Amount in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement, if the Participant:
(a) does not begin the Postgraduate Medical Education;
(b) begins but does not complete the Postgraduate Medical Education;
(c) has not complied with the process as detailed in Schedule 1 (Return of Service Placement Process) to this Contract;
(d) has not complied with Article 7;
(e) has not returned an executed Return of Service Addendum in accordance with Article 5;
(f) has not complied with Article 8;
(g) does not begin the Return of Service Term in accordance with the Return of Service Addendum;
(h) does not begin the Return of Service Term in accordance with Section 5.5;
(i) does not complete the Return of Service in accordance with the Return of Service Addendum;
(j) fails to comply with any requirements contained in the Return of Service Addendum;
(k) has lost the legal right to practise medicine in British Columbia;
(l) for any other circumstance arising which, determined by the Province acting reasonably, prevents the Participant from fulfilling the Return of Service obligations. Such other circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
(i) revocation or restriction of the Participant’s hospital privileges consistent with the applicable hospital bylaws respecting non- renewal for discipline,
(ii) competency or wilful disobedience on the part of the Participant,
(iii) criminal conviction of the Participant, or
(iv) any suspension, cancellation, revocation, or imposition of terms, conditions or limitations on the Participant's Certificate of Registration issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia; or
(m) has breached any other term of this Contract.
9.2 The Province may terminate this Contract by giving Notice in writing to the Participant of any breach of this Contract, including any term described in Section 9.1.
9.3 For the purposes of Section 9.2, the Contract terminates on the date set out in the Notice, or the date that the Notice is deemed to have been received under Article 16, whichever is later.
Breaches. In the event of any alleged breach of this Appendix the parties shall refer the matter to the Electrical & Communications Industry Disputes Board in accordance with Clause 12.3 of this Agreement.
Breaches i. Any breaches of security, confidentiality or other violations of shared data must be reported to the owning agency as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours.
ii. Any breach of information by a signatory partner is their responsibility. Each agency is accountable for any misuse of information supplied and the consequences of such misuse. Any disclosure of information by an employee made in bad faith, or for motives of personal gain, will be the subject of an internal inquiry and be treated as a serious matter.
iii. The parties shall provide reasonable assistance as is necessary to each other to facilitate the handling of any data security breach. In the event of a dispute or claim brought by a data subject or the Data Protection Authority concerning the processing of Shared Personal Data against either or both parties, the parties will inform each other about any such disputes or claims, and will cooperate with a view to settling them amicably in a timely fashion.
Breaches. Buyer shall, in the event it has knowledge of the occurrence, or impending or threatened occurrence, of any event or condition which would cause or constitute a breach (or would have caused or constituted a breach had such event occurred or been known prior to the date hereof) of any of its representations or agreements contained or referred to herein, give prompt written notice thereof to Seller and use its best efforts to prevent or promptly remedy the same.
Breaches. SURRENDER/TERMINATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT

Breaches. 10.2.1. Should information shared under this agreement be disclosed outside of this agreement, lost or stolen, then it will be the responsibility of the respective data controller to report this immediately and to follow their security incident reporting procedures.
10.2.2. All security incidents and breaches involving police data shared under this agreement must be reported immediately to the SPOCs designated in this agreement.
Breaches. 11.2.1. Each party shall comply with its obligation to report a Personal Data Breach to the appropriate Supervisory Authority and (where applicable) data subjects under Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR and shall inform the other party of any Personal Data Breach irrespective of whether there is any requirement to notify any Supervisory Authority or data subject(s).
11.2.2. The parties agree to provide reasonable assistance as is necessary to each other to facilitate handling of any Personal Data Breach in any expeditious and compliant manner.
11.2.3. In the event of a dispute or claim brought by a data subject or the Supervisory Authority concerning the processing of Shared Personal Data against either or both parties, the parties will inform each other about any such disputes or claims, and will cooperate with a view to settling them amicably in a timely fashion.
11.2.4. The parties agree to respond to any generally available non-binding mediation procedure initiated by a data subject or by the Supervisory Authority. If they do participate in the proceedings, the parties may elect to do so remotely (such as by telephone or other electronic means). The parties also agree to consider participating in any other arbitration, mediation or other dispute resolution proceedings developed for data protection disputes.
11.2.5. All security incidents and breaches involving police data shared under this agreement must be reported immediately to the SPOCs designated in this agreement.
Breaches. Do or omit to do any act which will cause a material breach of any Station Contract.
