Common use of Breaches of the terms of the agreement Clause in Contracts

Breaches of the terms of the agreement. Suspected breaches to the terms of this agreement should be referred to the partner responsible for drawing up the agreement. This will allow the responsible partner to determine whether a breach to the agreement has occurred and apply any remedial action or adjustments to the terms of the ISA as necessary. Major breaches may result in this agreement being temporarily suspended or withdrawn completely.
