Break after Recall Sample Clauses

Break after Recall. (a) An Employee working recall is entitled to ten (10) consecutive hours off duty between the termination of work on one day and the commencement of work on the next day, without loss of pay for ordinary hours. (b) An Employee who works recall between the termination of their previous ordinary hours and the commencement of their next ordinary hours and has not had a 10-hour break should be released after the completion of the recall worked until they have had a 10-hour break.
