Breakage. Subject to and in accordance with Section 3.6 (Funding Losses), with respect to each Class A Voluntary Decrease, HVF III shall reimburse each Class A Investor Group on the next succeeding Payment Date for any associated breakage costs payable as a result of such Class A Voluntary Decrease.
