BREWERY OF RECORD a. To the extent requested by Boston Beer and consistent with applicable laws and regulations, Xxxxx shall provide all Beer Products brewed hereunder under the name of "The Boston Beer Company" as the Xxxxxx of Record. Xxxxx shall, to the fullest extent permissible, secure any permits, licenses, approvals and the like related to the production of beer, required by any federal, state or local governmental agency on behalf of Boston Beer. Boston Beer agrees to reimburse Xxxxx promptly for any reasonable out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses and increased clerical costs, incurred in connection therewith.

BREWERY OF RECORD. (a) FBC shall provide all Product brewed hereunder under the name of "The MOJO Highway Company, LLC" as the Brewery of Record. FBC shall secure and maintain any permits, licenses, approvals and the like required by any federal, state or local governmental agency on behalf of MOJO, and FBC shall pay for any out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses, incurred in connection therewith.
BREWERY OF RECORD. (a) SABC shall provide all Product produced hereunder under such trade name(s) specified by Xxxxx-Xxxxxx as the Brewery of Record, provided that Xxxxx-Xxxxxx secure and maintain such permits, licenses, approvals and the like required by any federal, state or local governmental agency with respect related to such production. SABC shall work cooperatively with Xxxxx-Xxxxxx to secure such permits and licenses, and Xxxxx-Xxxxxx shall reimburse SABC promptly for any out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses, incurred in connection therewith.
BREWERY OF RECORD. (a) Schoenling shall provide all Products brewed hereunder under the narne of "The Boston Beer Company," as the Bxxxxxy of Record. Schoenling shall secure and maintain any permits, licenses, approvals and the like required by any federal, state or local governmental agency on behalf of Boston Beer. Boston Beer agrees to reimburse Schoenling promptly for any out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses, incurred in connection therewith.

(a) To the extent requested by Boston Beer, City Brewing shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to establish and maintain an Alternating Proprietorship at the Brewery, and, subject to and in compliance with all applicable federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations, to identify Boston, Massachusetts, as the sole label source for Beer Products. Boston Beer agrees to reimburse City Brewing promptly for its reasonable out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses and increased clerical costs, incurred in connection therewith.

(a) Matt shall provide all Products brewed hereunder under the name, as the Brewery of Record, "The Boston Beer Company" and/or such other "d/b/a names" used by BBC from time to time. Matt shall secure and maintain any permits, licenses, approvals and the like required by any federal, state or local governmental agency on behalf of BBC. BBC agrees to reimburse Matt for any reasonable out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses, incurred in connection therewith.
BREWERY OF RECORD. (a) To the extent requested by Boston Beer, CBC shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to establish and maintain an Alternating Proprietorship at the Latrobe Brewery, and, subject to and in compliance with all applicable federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations, to identify Boston Beer as the sole producer of the Products. Boston Beer agrees to reimburse CBC promptly for its reasonable out-of-pocket costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses and increased clerical costs, incurred in connection therewith.
