Alternating proprietorship means 1 of the following:
Alternating proprietorship means an arrangement where two (2) or more manufacturers licensed under R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 3-6 alternate the use of all or designated portions of the same equipment and licensed premises for the production of alcoholic beverages in compliance with this Part.
Alternating proprietorship means an arrange- ment in which a host producer provides use of space and equipment, and may additionally provide personnel, to a guest producer for the production of alcohol beverages.
