Bribe, Commission, Gift etc. Any Act of bribe, gift or advantage, given, promised or offered, by or on behalf of the Bidder, or any of their partners/Directors/Agents or officials, or any person on his or her behalf to any officer, officials, representative or agent of FCI, or any person on his or their behalf, for showing any favour or forbearing to show any disfavour to any person in relation to the Contract, shall make this Contract or any other Contract with FCI liable for termination and the Bidder shall be liable to reimburse FCI of any loss or damage resulting from such cancellation.
