Common use of Bridge Clause in Contracts

Bridge. (A) Comprised of a single span structure across a stream with all abutments located outside the top of the stream banks. (B) Minimally conveys a 100-year peak storm flow with one foot of freeboard. (C) Does not prevent, impede, or tend to prevent or impede the passing of fish up and downstream. (D) The tops of any abutment footings are below the calculated scour depth.
