Bridges Under Construction. The Engineer shall coordinate with the State District Bridge Inspection Coordinator for the inspection of bridges under construction. The Engineer shall change Item 35, Operational Status, to βUβ for any bridge found to be under construction. The inspection of structures under construction, but open to traffic shall be coordinated by the State.
