Common use of Bring-down CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

Bring-down CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(l) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

Bring-down CFO Certificate. A certificatecertificate of the chief financial officer of the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative and dated such Date of Delivery, of substantially in the Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that same form and substance as the certificate delivered at the Closing Time furnished pursuant to Section 6(l5(m) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Deliveryhereof.

Xxxxxxxx, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, of substantially in the Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that same form and substance as the certificate delivered at furnished to the Closing Time Representatives pursuant to Section 6(l5(f) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Deliveryhereof.

A certificateIf requested by the Representatives, a certificate from the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, of substantially in the Chief Financial Officer of same form and substance as the Company confirming that letter furnished to the certificate delivered at the Closing Time Representatives pursuant to Section 6(l5(i) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Deliveryhereof.
