Broadcast Obligations. Licensee has no agreement, contract, commitment or understanding to broadcast on the Stations on or after the Commencement Date, any programs or commercial matter other than the Station Agreements. Licensee shall not incur any other programming obligations without the prior written consent of Broker except in connection with programming obligations incurred by Licensee for programming that replaces Programming that does not meet the standards set forth in this Agreement.
