Exit Obligations. Upon (a) voluntary or involuntary termination of the Executive’s employment or (b) the Company’s request at any time during the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall (i) provide or return to the Company any and all Company property, including keys, key cards, access cards, identification cards, security devices, employer credit cards, network access devices, computers, cell phones, smartphones, PDAs, pagers, fax machines, equipment, speakers, webcams, manuals, reports, files, books, compilations, work product, email messages, recordings, tapes, disks, thumb drives or other removable information storage devices, hard drives, negatives, and data and all Company documents and materials belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Work Product, that are in the possession or control of the Executive, whether they were provided to the Executive by the Company or any of its business associates or created by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s employment by the Company; and (ii) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Company that remain in the Executive’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company devices, networks, storage locations, and media in the Executive’s possession or control.

Upon (a) voluntary or involuntary termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 7 or (b) the Company’s request at any time during the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall: (i) provide or return to the Company any and all Company property, including keys, key cards, access cards, identification cards, security devices, employer credit cards, network access devices, computers, cell phones, smartphones, PDAs, pagers, fax machines, equipment, speakers, webcams, manuals, reports, files, books, compilations, work product, e-mail messages, recordings, tapes, disks, thumb drives or other removable information storage devices, hard drives, negatives and data and all Company documents and materials belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Work Product, that are in the possession or control of the Executive, whether they were provided to the Executive by the Company or any of its business associates or created by the Executive in connection with his employment by the Company; and (ii) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Company that remain in the Executive’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company devices, networks, storage locations, and media in the Executive’s possession or control.

Upon (1) termination of the Employee’s employment or (2) the Company’s request at any time during the Employee’s employment, the Employee shall (A) immediately provide or return to the Company any and all Company property, including without limitation keys, key cards, access cards, identification cards, security devices, employer credit cards, network access devices, computers, cell phones, smartphones, fax machines, equipment, speakers, webcams, manuals, reports, files, books, compilations, work product, e-mail messages, recordings, tapes, disks, thumb drives, other removable information storage devices, hard drives, and data and all Company documents, materials and equipment belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including without limitation those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information (as defined below) or Intellectual Property (as defined below), that are in the possession or control of the Employee, whether they were provided to the Employee by the Company or its Affiliates or created by the Employee in connection with the Employee’s employment by the Company; and (ii) immediately delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Company that remain in the Employee’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company devices, networks, storage locations, and media in the Employee’s possession or control.

Upon voluntary or involuntary termination of the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall (i) provide or return to the Company any and all Company Group property and all Company Group documents and materials belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Work Product, that are in the possession or control of the Executive, whether they were provided to the Executive by the Company Group or any of its business associates or created by the Executive in connection with his employment by the Company; and (ii) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Company that remain in the Executive’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company Group devices, networks, storage locations and media in the Executive’s possession or control.

Upon (i) voluntary or involuntary termination of Employee’s employment or (ii) the Company’s request at any time during Employee’s employment, Employee shall (a) provide or return to the Company any and all Company property, including keys, key cards, access cards, identification cards, security devices, Company credit cards, network access devices, computers, cell phones, smartphones, equipment, manuals, reports, files, books, compilations, work product, e-mail messages, recordings, tapes, disks, thumb drives or other removable information storage devices, hard drives and data and all Company documents and materials belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Work Product, that are in the possession or control of Employee, whether they were provided to Employee by the Company or any of its business associates or created by Employee in connection with Employee’s employment by the Company; and (b) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials following return to the Company that remain in Employee’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company devices, networks, storage locations and media in Employee’s possession or control.
Exit Obligations. Upon (i) voluntary or involuntary termination of Executive’s employment or (ii) the Corporation’s request at any time during Executive’s employment, Executive shall (a) provide or return to the Corporation any and all the Corporation property, including all keys, key cards, access cards, identification cards, security devices, employer credit cards, network access devices, user names and passwords for the Corporation accounts (including but not limited to domain name and social media accounts), computers, cell phones, smartphones, PDAs, pagers, equipment, manuals, reports, files, books, compilations, work product, e-mail messages, recordings, tapes, disks, thumb drives or other removable information storage devices, hard drives and data and all the Corporation documents and materials belonging to the Corporation and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Work Product (as defined below), that are in the possession or control of Executive, whether they were provided to Executive by the Corporation or any of its business associates or created by Executive in connection with Executive’s previous employment by the Corporation; and (b) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Corporation that remain in Executive’s possession or control, including those stored on any non-the Corporation devices, networks, storage locations and media in Executive’s possession or control.
Exit Obligations. Upon (a) voluntary or involuntary termination of Your employment or (b) at the Company’s request at any time during Your employment, You shall (i) provide or return to the Company any and all Company property and all Company documents and materials belonging to the Company and stored in any fashion, including but not limited to those that constitute or contain any Confidential Information or Works, that are in Your possession or control, whether they were provided to You by the Company or any of its business associates or created by You in connection with Your employment by the Company; and (ii) delete or destroy all copies of any such documents and materials not returned to the Company that remain in Your possession or control, including those stored on any non-Company devices, networks, storage locations and media in Your possession or control.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges and agrees that any Personal Property purchased by the Executive with his personal funds shall remain the property of the Executive; provided, however, the Executive shall delete all Confidential Information stored on such Personal Property upon the termination of this Agreement; and, provided, further, the Company shall have the right to have such Personal Property inspected by an independent third party to ensure the Executive’s compliance with the foregoing.
